Hello sycophants, how's it hanging?
I know it's been a long time since I rapped at you, but you must understand, daddy's been busy. Well no not really, this week daddy has had lots of free time, but most of it has been taken up being sick or chatting!
I've been revealing my soul all day to my significant other, so I'm in no mood to do that to you at the moment. But let you me tell you, you may just get lost in the depths of it.

Wow It Has Been Awhile...
Hey people. It's been a really long time since I've posted here.
Sorry. I been busy.
First of all, the site has suffered a great deal recently. We have not posted a new comic for over a month... Urb and I have been really busy with school and things. I kind of stopped bother Grape for comics awhile ago.
I HAVE spent a lot of time on Brawlcentral.com though recently. I have a great number of followers and friendly people. I'm currently running a Sig Contest and a tournament. I've written two character guides (Yoshi and Lucas). I am high tier now (1000 posts = a lot of waking hours put into it).
Currently I am aiming for VIB (the special group for cool people). I have no idea where to start. I try to be nice and helpful and answer questions and stuff... I was told contributing would help (one of the reasons why I wrote two character guides, each taking about three hours).
...To be continued.

Yay For Stuff
Hello everyone, how's it going. Brawl is here, finally. I like it, it's fun. Graphics are much improved, new characters are pretty spiffy, and there is soooo much content to get it's scary.
But with all that comes reduced speed, and the exclusion of all the advanced tactics that made Melee great. Oft have I tried to wavedash away to no avail. But that's not REALLY bad I guess.
So, did any of you go to you Gamestop midnight release? Me, urb, Scotty, and both my brothers competed at our closest one, making the player count 31, and we all made it past the first round. After that the middle brother lost to a Meta Knight (he played as Ike). The rest of us went on. In the 3rd round my smallest brother lost to the same kid who beat my other brother. Me, Scotty, and urb all went on. Then in the semifinals I beat urb (playing Marth) and Scotty (also Marth) beat the kid. I then beat Scotty in the finals (I played as fallen angel Pit).
So yeah it was fun. Last weekend I went on a two hour drive to play in the district tourney, and I lost in the semifinals to a nub Meta Knight. Urb and I had been practicing the night before, and I started playing as Olimar, and thought he was pretty cool and decided to play him in the tourney for a surprise factor. It didn't really work out, I wasn't aware of how awful his recovery is until the MK edge-guarded me twice. We played three minutes, all items on, with the Wiimote and nunchuck.
At least it was good experience.
So what else is new. Tennis is starting today. We have a record 14 people trying out this year. Besides that not a whole lot. I've been posting some of my SSBB matches on youtube. Even though everyone has the game now, I think they'd appreciate watching some amazing matches :)

SO This Is What's Been Going On...
I know that I usually have pretty lame excuses for not updating for a whole week, but this time I'm not BSing you guys...
My comp was running a bit slower than normal. Like snail slow. Then is started not doing things like opening programs and stuff. So I took it to the shop, and they said there that I had some of the worst viruses that they've seen, and that one of my hard-drives was corrupted, nothing ran, and that they had to reload all of my software from scratch to salvage it. Well three days and $260.06 later, I have my compy back, and it's running MUCH better than it has in a long time. And it's all clean, they got all the dust off for me. I'm now running two 120GBs and one 80GB hard-drives, with no RAID memory (they had to remove it, so no more super-fast-boot :( ). I also got a 150 (or something around there) GB external hard-drive to back stuff up. It's blue and shiny.
Then I had to go about reloading my *important* apps, like Firefox and Photoshop and GoLive (without which I cannot post on the site!). But see, I've had this comp for five or so years already, and I lost a all my passwords when reloading stuff.
Needless to say, I've clicked on quite a few of those "Lost your password?" links. But GoDaddy.com, the site I use to host Urgoogle, has super-tight security, and because of it I got very frustrated trying to get all the little nit-picky things right. Then, to make matters worse,
CuteFTP (my uploader app) needs like four passwords and a bunch of stuff I don't have anymore! AAGGGKKHH!
Ohhhhhkay, that's enough venting. Brawl comes out in a little less than 24 hours. That's something to look forward to, let's talk about that! So urb and I entered the Gamestop SSBB release tourney (hailed as the biggest tourney in the world). Then my brother and Scotty wanted to come too. Now I'm driving like six people to the store, with my littlest brother in the trunk on the interstate! That's reeeeally safe at 10:30 at night.
Mmmmk bye that's all.

I'm Just Can't Stop Complaining
Okaaaayy... At this point, I'm sure that you're thoroughly sick of hearing me complain about SSBB. But today is the 10th of February, and Brawl would've come out today, if it wasn't delayed (again). The Japanese people have had it almost like three weeks! AAGGHGHH!! I feel like buying a Japanese Wii just so I can play it NOW! I AM being impaitient, but when something you really badly wants gets put into the hand of little people on the other side of the globe before me, I get mad! USA needs some *good* non-EA, not-crappy developers here! All we get in NOA is a localization team and NST (a branch of Nintendo that makes a game every three or so years. Their latest game, originally scheduled for the Wii launch date in '06, titled Project H.A.M.M.E.R.).
AAAAAwhoo AAAAAAHHwhooo (deep breaths). Urb and I (or would that be "me"?) had a launch party all made up for today like back in December. He wanted to play as Sonic first, but since he's not a starting character, he doesn't know. Maybe Meta Knight. I'm either Ike, Olimar, or Link. The full roster, which you can see almost anywheres on YouTube or urb's blog, contains a record 35 people. Of them all, I do think Toon Link in the coolest (I really liked Wind Waker).
Other fancy new characters who look cool to me are Ike, Olimar, Pit (whose arrows are nub), and Snake.
Okay, enough about Brawl. So have you checked out the site yet? In case you're a new subscriber to my blog, it's still urgoogle.com. I spent all weekend remaking it, I gave it all new buttons and thing. You could say that it's "redesigned from the ground up". And before you start complaining about the color or whatever, don't, and shut up. The light blue background is soothing, and it's not baby-blue, it's Awesomely-light-blue-that's-not-lame. So be quiet.

Freshly Picked...
The title of the best, craziest game ever is "Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy-Colored Rupee Land", of which I should be getting my copy this afternoon. Unfortunately, it came out in Japan only like two years ago, then a full English translation version came out in Europe a year or so later... so why was it not released in USA? Who knows. But this *rare* import game cost me circa $80 to import, $60 for the game and $20 for shipping. Expensive!
But anyways. Do you realize that Brawl would come out in a short week and a half, if it was not delayed AGAIN?! AGGHHH now I really want to revolt. Today urb and myself had a project to find out which "basic" human rights should be allowed, we came up with the "right to revolt" and he added on the back "the right to SMASH". He's odd at times. Then we came up with a new art style.
And that was all that has happened so far today.
Ike in Brawl is going to be cool, I'll be either him, Olimar, or Link first. Or Samus looks good too... urb is Sonic so I can't do him. Darn.
Anyways, since reading urb's stunning review of Link's Crossbow Training (in which he failed to mention my awesome highscores-- I'm able to get the platinum medal on the first level in most stages). Continued almost a week later--
Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland: (I'm doing two ratings: Out of 10, and also Out of 5)
9.0/10, 5/5.
Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, (or as I'm going to abbreviate it: FPTRR), first and foremost, is a pretty good game. Not only is the main character a weird little foo, but he's an adorable cute little foo, with a side cast of other cute little characters. Except for Pinkle (his disgruntled assistant). The game follows the exploits of Tingle on his quest to Rupeeland (money heaven). At first he is a normal dude, then transformed into Tingle by the shady Old Man Rupee, to "escape the daily grind". After that you are thrust into an EPIC JOURNEY to squeeze every last possible rupee out of everything, including your dog.
That is the game in a nutshell, but it's really quite fun. The animations are good and delightful.
That's all. If you like Zelda adventures, you will probably not like this game much, even though it DOES have dungeons and puzzle solving and items and what have you.
