Okay, first and foremost, for the several people who read my blog and check it daily, you have my deepest apologies for not writing for awhile. So to remedy that, I am posting today!
Woohoo! Spicy fries all around! They are a rare treat where I come from.
Alright, SO! Of late, I've been doing... not too much! I was sick at the beginning of the week, that's never fun. I always get sick twice a year, from summer to fall and from winter to spring. Odd coincidence? Nahh.
Despite my abnormally unhealthy state, I was able to function decently, excluding feeling brain dead during chemistry. Jeez that class is boring. All we do is take notes! I'm told that later in the year we will be detonating stuff...
I went over to urb's house yesterday, I made a file on his Drawn to Life game, with me as the main character! I guess, if you've been a long follower of urgoogle, you could call that a rendition of The Game of Freaky Scary 'Uns! For those of you who don't know, on one of my earliest comics, this game was featured floating around randomly in the panels. It was quite creepy. Not to mention random.
Of course, this little port cannot ACTUALLY be the real deal... clan was very badly pixelated, and kind of floated around, as his short stubby legs could not touch the bottom of the screen.
But fun nonetheless.
My brother got sick over the weekend, one of the side effects of having moldy dishes sitting around. KIDDING! GOT 'CHA!
Random people have been commenting on my blogs! As much as I love the attention, if it's not relevant, don't do it! Except for Andy she's always welcome :)

Clan's Thoughts: Adults and Games
Well, this is my time to debate my points of view.
See, at least where I'm from, like your mom could sit you down in front of a TV and is like, "Here watch this movie while I'm gone. But no comp time or video games. NOTHING!!"
Now if you are a person in this situation, I feel for you. If you are not, then consider yourself spared a horrible fate.
Now, oftentimes in my house this matter arises, and I ask myself WHY?!
The conclusions that I came to? First off, the adult needs to feel like she has some small amount of control over you, even when she's not there. Secondly, since that your parents are probably somewhere between 40 and 50 years of age, they didn't grow up on video games or computers and see no real value in them. But for some reason they do see value in a static, passive form of entertainment that you'll most likely forget in a day or so.
Video games, on the other hand, engross you and pull you into their world. At least good ones. Am I being overly-articulate here? Sorry. Just trying to get a point across.
So the next time that you are faced with a situation similar to the afore mentioned one I described, tell you parent(s) that they are not doing any good with their actions.
Okay, that's all I have to say.
No comment about urb's blog or Andy.

The Impossible Quiz is Not Real
I am quite bad at the Impossible Quiz. In fact, I got to the 95th question and lost. Who's ever lost on that one? Well one of my friends beat it, and all you get is a stupid trophy. Great prize for playing that addicting thing over and over again huh?
Well nothing else is new, I did play Super Mario 64 yesterday, I asked urb to quote my streams of thought, and he did an awful job. He misspelled everything and got it all wrong! After "the power of Christ compels you!!" Was supposed to be a witticism about Plutonium THEN the next quote.
He's really gotta get it right! That's like an elementary mistake right there!
They took off the proxy on this one comp in the comp lab, which is why I am able to type this today. I have no idea in the slightest how urb is able to do it, but it involves cows and treadmills... Faint evil laughter and mooing is heard daily from the basement of the school. This strangely is the time when urb disappears for a few hours.
Buuuut.. I bet it's sheer coincidence, he'd NEVER do something like that.
Okay tomorrow I'm being dragged to a fair and then I have to beat urb up in SSBM all afternoon. Seriously, after the first two or three hundred matches of me beating the blood out of his feet, it gets boring. That's when we switch to Halo or Mertroid.
And the pwning continues.

An Urb-Like Post
Today I am typing like my good buddy urb.
In his randomness he didn't talk about the horde of flying sharks that attacked us today, or about how Scotty violently died screaming about how his whiskers were being torn off. And we told him, "Well, you still look like a cat. Despite the bloody streaks and entrails hanging out of your abdomen."
That all goes to show how well we treat our brethren here. Say for example this place was like feudal China, like in that book we have to read for World History, we may prescribe to him some booze and hallucinates for his "sickness". After we found out for some reason in no way was his condition improving, we would move him into a "sick house", full other other dying cat people, where in which he would be treated fairly nicely until his eventual death.
In no way is any of that true, and I'm making generalizations about the Chinese, if you are Chinese or plan on becoming Chinese, pleas don't be offended by me.
Now then, on to happier topics of writes!
Today nothing at all important happened and it was 90 degrees and humid. Pretty awful. But as the banner art for this blog states, this is my area to whine as much as I want!
So it was too hot, and I was wearing long pants which didn't help THAT much, and my bag was heavy, and it was humid and my back hurt, and Scotty died in a freak accident, and urb followed me around blurting out Chuck Norris that I have long since stopped caring about, and what else...
Notice that I try to be a good little grammatically correct blogger with my spelling? But I don't capitalize urb's name? I doubt anyone's noticed. But in case you're wondering, the reason is that I only capitalize IMPORTANT stuff. Kidding! Urb is a very nice blob of green stuff!
I need to be funny to keep your attention right? Well I think that sucks, but I'll try despite your various shortcomings! We can't all be as awesome as me, I've learned by now!
Right now I'm listening to "You've Got the City" by Alien#Six13. Sounds techno-ish? Nahh, I'd call it "neo disco". Very nice song.

For the Sake of Consistency...
Well in order to be consistent with my posts, I have to post an article today, right? I am, after all, just another blogger in a sea of better blogs! Consistency is key to surviving! So, person who's reading this, what do you think so far? I'll keep trying to write deep, moving, philosophical pieces until I don't have an audience. Or rather, until I DO have an audience. Which means, tell your friends about me and my dark ways.
So today I was drawing a comic, and realized that I should probably leave the drawing to urb and Grape and maybe Light (even I haven't talked to him for a number of months now). I'll just stick to computer comics, and possibly sprite comics. It's not like I'm really great at drawing anyway, and I doubt my styles will be missed. I could do the dialog for other peoples' comics, that'd be fun.
On a different subject, one of my friends is looking into fan culture and their "odd" ways. He posted an opinionated comment on an MCR fansite about the fans. It stated plainly a person should not be shot down for his/her opinion about a band, if he wants to call it disturbing emo-goth, so be it. I have no beef against MCR, don't bother me about it. So in response to his comment, some girl left a post about his post, in the dialect he so despises.
Ironic.
Was this MCR girl, who called him an "r-tard" doing that to mock him, or is she just immersed in our suedo completely-cyber culture? I call it faux because our lives are not yet all computer based.
Not meaning that would necessarily be a bad thing, just saying. People would have less real lives then they already do. That's a scary thought.
Something else I was thinking about, when Generation Y is completely submerged into the parental generation, we'll have a much more tech-savvy, fun environment. I hope. Maybe they'll put an end to global warming so my generation doesn't have to?
Elektrik cars all the way!

Clan's Thoughts: Warcraft III and Cheating
Today I will be touching up on a fairly conversed subject: Maphacking and cheating in online games.
The most prominent I've noticed is of course Pokemon. I do not play Pokemon myself, and haven't for several years now, but when I went over to urb's house last and watched him play Battle Revolution for the Wii, I noticed that everyone on it had cheated their way to lv 100 critters. Including urb.
Bad urb!
That said, Pokemon I'd say, while being the most cheated on, is probably the least effective game to do so. You really can't play that it online without having loads of rare candy cheats, just because everyone else does to.
Now then, on to bigger and badder games.
Warcraft III is my game of choice, don't ask me why, it just is. I have taken measures in the past to ensure that games I host are cheater-free, but since the cheats are mostly undetectable it's hard. Whole games can get ruined by one lame little stupid maphacker with some dumb hack. I've seen some pretty bad ones too.
But anyways, I'm writing this party because I want to make a small impression on the hacking community but also because you idiots make the game not fun to play! If you scare people off, there wont be any games for you to hack! Take heed.
I know that of the less than 30 people who read this, most of you will comment something along the lines of "lol nub u r dum stfu r-tard". Well to those people, U SUK FATTIES. I don't use shorthands, so consider that a big offense!
Then there are like the two or three people who agree with me, and the others who don't care at all about some silly online game.
Those who are the later, would you stick up for your hobby if someone was stepping all over if with shoes that somehow hacked something precious to you??
Maybe that's too extreme. Maybe not. Go cry about it.

Prime Trilogy Comes to a Close
Today I finished Metroid Prime 3:Corruption. Yay for me. If you've been following urb's blog, then you'll know by now that I have a tendency to shout out random things at the the screen. For example, the other day I was very frustrated and called Bryyo the "Lame Balls Planet". Other beefs I had with the game:
-Looking for energy cells takes forever.
-The ending didn't make a ton of sense... I wont write a spoiler here though.
-The bosses didn't kill me once (the game is easy-peasy except on Hyper difficulty).
-Since each room loads individually, some doors don't open for like 30 seconds after you shoot them. NOT GOOD!
-Often times you're looking for an objective or whatever and eventually lose interest because you have no idea where it is.
My play time was 15 hours 31 minutes, with a 90% item find. Pretty good I'd say, for no guide book? Try and beat that! Yeah you know you wont be able to. Unless you're some some freaky person who plays games all day or goes for speed runs. I made a speed run once, it was Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I beat it in 9 hours 10 seconds with 17 hearts, can you beat THAT?! I play games for something to do during my nothing to do time.
Okay, I think I should probably talk about something else to avoid sounding hopelessly nerdy. My friend from college is visiting for Memorial weekend! We hung out today. She's cool.
Umm... My brothers are watching The First Knight and it looks like another Arthurian Saga rip off. AAAAGGHH I GOT MUD ON MY FACE okay it's gone now sorry about that. Can you tell I'm running out of things to talk about?
Never mind, I thought of something. I don't like weekends much. I assume that now the school year's starting up again that I'll need weekends, for a welcome break from my daily grind... but they are just so boring! It's like woohoo, I get to sit around my room for 2 days yay. During the summer it was worse. I need a new hobby. Well I don't care what you say, this is MY blog and I can be as blasphemous of discriminatory as I want!
